The European Commission has launched a call for tenders to create a learning program on quality architecture and the built environment for local and regional policymakers.
This initiative aims to help cities and regions put the principles of architectural quality and functional design into practice through synergies between professionals in these fields, as well as in culture and heritage, land use planning, and sustainable development.
Through this proposal, the EC is strengthening its links with the New Bauhaus initiative, as it will promote the effective implementation of its principles based on Sustainability, Beauty, and Inclusion in the field.
The call for proposals, open until February 24 at 4:00 p.m., has a total estimated value of €800,000 and a contractual duration of up to 36 months. All details and tender documents are available on the European Union’s Funding and Tenders Portal at this link.
