Two new NEB calls for proposals on sustainable fashion and green building. Open until August 31

The EIT Culture & Creativity community of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, as a new implementing partner of the NEB Academy, has launched two new calls for proposals with a total budget of six million euros to support innovative projects in the fields of sustainable fashion and construction aligned with the green transition.

The initiative aims to accelerate the green transition and strengthen the professional skills needed to address Europe’s environmental and social challenges.

Specifically, the calls for proposals have the following characteristics:

  • The first, called NEB Academy | Fashion Shift, has a budget of 2.5 million euros and is aimed at promoting innovative business models based on circularity, regeneration, and sustainability within the fashion industry. Selected projects may receive up to 500,000 euros.
  • The second call, NEB Academy | Skills Infrastructure, has a budget of 3.5 million euros to promote training programs and lifelong learning ecosystems focused on building and managing sustainable environments. In this case, grants may reach up to 600,000 euros per project.

They are aimed at companies, educational institutions, research centers, public administrations, cultural and creative organizations, as well as international consortia that know how to adapt innovative solutions to local contexts. In addition to funding, beneficiaries will have access to a broad European network of partners, experts, and collaboration opportunities.

The deadline for submitting applications is August 31, and selected projects are scheduled to begin in January 2027.
