As of February 9, 2023, the NEB Compass will be a guide that can be used by decision-makers around projects and initiatives that want to be integrated as New European Bauhaus. This tool proposes a series of “directions” to make the evaluation as a NEB project easier.
The ability of the projects to promote new long-term visions will also be taken into account. It will also be valued that the projects are based on existing theories and models but with the capacity to remain open to evolve, demonstrating the experimental nature of both the project and the New European Bauhaus.
The projects will be tested through the New European Bauhaus community in order to learn from the experience and improve little by little as a whole.
* Although the NEB Compass will be one of the main tools in the initiative both to catalog the projects and to simplify and facilitate the work of the people involved in the initiative, the NEB Compass will not replace the criteria of the calls for funding that the New European Bauhaus has.
