The Chair for Innovation in Craftmanship, Design and contemporary art intends to apply innovation to the craft sector in technology, circular economy, eco-design and collaboration with other sectors such as engineering in new sustainable materials and Art.

Mission:
Permanent research and production unit created in 2021 at the University of Granada and the Spanish Ministry of Culture and Education. Its aim is to open up new lines of development and entrepreneurship for young craftspeople, designers and artists throug.
Key activities:
Research surveys, training courses in technology and management, dissemination and communication activities (publications, exhibitions), meetings with stakeholders to analyse the sector and its needs, experimental lines of cooperation between artisans.
