At CPI Ana María Navales, we start from the values and meanings of socio-constructivism to develop our educational proposal, placing the child at the centre of the learning process and recognising them as the protagonist due to their capacity to build their own perspective of the world and how it works. We see learning as a constructive process that starts with the lifestyles, ideas and personal experiences of each child, and evolves as they interact with others and with their social, natural and artistic environment… In our school the teacher understands that it is the child who needs to be constructive, therefore, helping them to go further by creating meaningful learning contexts, accompanying them in the development of competence processes and proposing social, cultural and natural activities, which invite them to think, confront, investigate, test, reflect…
