DDOOSS.

DDOOSS, Association of Friends of Art and Culture, was established in October 1996 by ten Valladolid citizens from the world of art and culture. It was remarkably active for more than ten 10 years, carrying out some 500 activities thanks to the 200 members who supported it; it collaborated in promoting the city’s culture with many different programmes and activities characterised by a rigorous approach and absolute independence; and it also participated in other cultural proposals of interest to the local community. DDOOSS was inspired by a vision of culture as a guiding principle for improving the lives of citizens and perfecting their living environment. It has always been committed to correcting the demands of the citizens, and to the new cultural languages coming from the most dynamic urban centres in the world.
