Winner of the NEB 2025 Champions Award in the ‘NEB Affordable Housing Award’ category.

The mission of this initiative is to demonstrate the viability of building eco-friendly homes with ultra-low carbon emissions using existing technologies, without incurring additional costs or compromising on quality, architecture, aesthetics, or indoor climate. Its goal is to lead the way within the construction industry by showing in real life how rethinking construction principles can address global climate and health challenges.

The project featured seven prototypes, all designed to advocate for an approach to democratisation, diversification and acceleration of sustainable development. The lessons learned are currently being implemented in different locations, contexts and configurations to demonstrate their scalability.
